Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Information

  • The term “CLIENT” refers to the individual, organization, or company booking equipment with Dreams ‘N Themes .

2. Bookings

  • Rental duration extends until the following day at an agreed-upon time unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
  • All equipment remains the property of Dreams ‘N Themes  at all times.
  • In unforeseen circumstances preventing us from fulfilling our obligations, our liability is limited to a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, or a pro-rata reduction in the hire fee for a delayed start. No further compensation will be provided.

3. Prices, Deposit & Balance Payments

  • All hires require a non-refundable deposit/security bond of at least $50.
  • 50% of the balance is due to complete the booking, with the remaining 50% payable 3 days before the day of setup/delivery.

4. Location, Facilities & Conduct

  • The setup space should be ready before the agreed-upon time. Furniture should be moved if necessary, and the area should be clean and clear. Any pet waste should be removed from outdoor spaces and along the route from unloading our vehicle.
  • Dreams ‘N Themes  reserves the right to refuse delivery/setup if the venue or site is deemed unsuitable. In such cases, no refund will be given, and the full hire fee will be due.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Our liability insurance covers equipment use during agreed-upon dates.
  • The CLIENT agrees to indemnify Dreams ‘N Themes  for any equipment damage or theft during the rental period.
  • Dreams ‘N Themes  accepts no liability for personal property damage, loss, or injuries arising from rental equipment use.

6. Contract Terms & Conditions of Hire

The CLIENT is responsible for equipment supervision, care, safety, and ensuring compliance with these terms by all users.

  • A refundable security bond of $50 is payable for all hiring contracts. The CLIENT is liable for repair costs for any equipment damage during the rental period.
  • Equipment must not be used for unlawful purposes, sub-hired, or used in any way that could cause damage. Shoes, sharp objects, or items likely to cause damage must not be allowed on the equipment.
  • Care should be taken with food and drinks to prevent stains or damage. Any spillages should be cleaned immediately, and damages reported promptly.
  • Cancellation fees apply based on the timeframe outlined in the agreement. Outdoor party cancellations due to weather are subject to specific terms.


HIRE AGREEMENT

Safety Instructions:

  • Equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Remove all shoes and sharp objects before use.
  • Avoid face paints, nail polish, gum, pets, smoking, or sharp objects near the equipment.
  • Climbing or hanging on tents is prohibited.
  • Indoor use is recommended unless otherwise agreed.
  • Misuse or failure to follow instructions may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
